Who are We? What are We About?

THE NICOLE SADE’ ENOCH FOUNDATION

THE NICOLE SADE’ ENOCH FOUNDATION

The Nicole Sade’ Enoch Foundation

Is a 501©3 organization founded in loving memory to honor and celebrate the life and attributes of a driven young women. Nicole pursued life with grace, love, and personal growth for herself and others. Nicole loved serving her community and encouraged everyone around her from grade school, high school and even college. She was an encourager.

The Foundation’s programs and initiatives support and encourage those who are like Nicole Enoch, are striving to pursue a career in law or legal studies and who possess a quality of inward beauty reflected through their community service.

Nicole shined her light for others to see. This Foundation in her honor and memory will stand on the exact same principals. We want our scholarship program, and our community service activities to place bright smiles on the faces of others. We want to inspire young ladies and young men to pursue their futures with love and compassion. We want to be a part of their future by helping them accomplish their dreams in order to impact the world through their work and service and positive change in whatever they choose to do.

Nicole, was a young women that wanted to make positive changes in the lives of others. These are her words from grade school autobiography assignment:

“I dream that I will become a lawyer someday and maybe have my own company. After a time in a law practice, I want to become a judge! I want to change people’s lives for the better! I would also like to change people’s actions. If, I had the power to do it, there would not be any violence, drugs, guns and picking on people. Everyone would be safe here on earth, and everyone would go to heaven. I would like to be remembered by my friends as a smart, healthy, intelligent, helpful and beautiful young woman who always did her best to help others. I am a girl who dreams of a wonderful future and a girl who is paying the price to make it so.”

Our Reason Why

Have you often wondered how you would feel not to have somewhere to lay your head, take a bath or change of clothing, and not have somewhere to call home? How would feel? So I put myself in that situation, to feel their pain. Then you will know the importance of truly giving back, to be that example on the earth.

Our love for Nicole Enoch is why we do what do. She stood for change in our community and our society, at an early age in life. Changes can be for the better even in ourselves. If we are willing to put in the work and the effort to apply your knowledge and skills together. To change lives, to impact our communities, to take a stand for what’s right for all and just not a few. Because who knows it could be you, in need of a helping hand and a listening ear, you never know.

We want to be the hands, feet, and mouthpieces of hurting people—people who we encounter, friends, families, and people we don’t even know, but we are willing to get to know them. We are all different, but we are willing to have that conversation to make that impact together.

By listening not only with our ears but with our hearts, we need to listen more than we talk, and then we can move to a step-by-step action plan in response to their needs. It starts with each individual that is willing. Doing it together with our city, county, state, and nation, encouraging people to get involved to become the change.

As a result of our working with people, their hope is regained, their strength will be renewed, and their lives will be changed.

CAROLYN ANDERSON

Mrs. Anderson started an annual Sausage Biscuit Tuesday event in February in loving memory of Nicole. This community service event involves Mrs. Anderson, family, and friends feeding and providing essential packages to the homeless community.

Carolyn diligently works on her first book, entitled “From Tragedy to Strategy”. She is also launching a program called Victims with Voices. Both the book and program, she hopes, will continue to strengthen the readers and participants as she aims to change the narrative of lives, build self-esteem, instill encouragement and remind the community that they are not alone.

Through her works, Mrs. Anderson holds this scripture near and dear to her heart: Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” She credit the work of her Heavenly Father as the source of everything she does. “He is real, his work is powerful, and I am grateful to have him walk with me every day of my life.”

"He is real, his work is powerful, and I am grateful to have him walk with me every day of my life.”

Our Desire is to Inspire You with Our Words...

FIND YOUR INSPIRATION

The blog section is where people can be encouraged and inspired. We all think differently about things in this life. Things that happen on a daily basis things that surprisingly hit us, from the blind side, shake our world. It helps us to think about who is our sources in life who we run to. Our blogs inspire, and give hope it helps individuals to look inward to do a self-evaluation truthfully. To appreciate the diversity of thought from another perspective.

Giving to the Men’s Shelters:

We give to the “Men Shelters” in our area because no one likes to go without a change of clothing. It helps self-esteem, and its health for the body, the mind, and the soul of a person. It helps a person to be confident. We all have had low points in our lives, we just want to be that helping hand to place a smile on someone’s face and to let them know we care and understand.

Giving to the Women’s Shelters:

We give to the “Women Shelters” in our area, for the same reason that we give to the Men’s Shelters, to be a blessing to both is a wonderful thing it’s not all about words it’s also about deeds. They both might have children involved. That is something we think about as well, how we can be a blessing to both the children.

Volunteers:

This is where a person’s heart is being revealed when they show up for someone else. We have friends, family, churches, and college students from right here at High Point University. To lean a helping hand to serve and give back to the community. Even companies that have employees that are willing to volunteer, this is called coming together on one accord, to help one another. “Serving our Community Together.”
